1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $99

To show our appreciation, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. No promo code is required; simply add $99 or more of items to your cart, and the free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout.

• Delivery Method for Free Shipping: USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

2. Order Processing Times

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

• Standard Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Peak Period Processing Time: 3-5 business days

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Note: Expedited shipping is not eligible for the free shipping offer.

4. International Shipping

At this time, LINENMARKET does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options soon to reach our valued customers worldwide.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the USPS website or the shipping carrier’s tracking tool provided in your email.

6. Shipping Fees

For orders under $99, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We strive to deliver your package within the estimated timeframes; however, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist.
